In my experience, corporate travel agencies fix problems. I used to hate traveling for work, but they make it that much more pleasant. I never worry that I’m going to show up somewhere and be told that my information is wrong. My hotel rooms are always booked without a problem. If you’ve got to travel, you might as well use a service that ensures nothing is going to go wrong. If something does, a quick phone call can usually clear it up.
